Refund Policy

01Overview

This Refund Policy explains when payments made to Build Sites Inc. through build-sites.com can and cannot be refunded.

Build Sites is an AI website creation platform. Because value is delivered instantly the moment features are used, all payments are final and non-refundable, except in the limited cases described in section 8.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

02Why payments are final

Unlike physical products, Build delivers its value immediately and irreversibly:

• When a website is generated, real AI processing costs are consumed instantly
• When a template is used, the complete website is delivered to your account in seconds
• When an edit, image, or blog post is created, the AI work is already done
• When a domain is purchased, it is registered in your name with the registry immediately

None of these actions can be undone or returned, which is why payments cannot be reversed once value has been delivered.

03Subscriptions

Build offers paid plans that renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled.

• Subscription fees are not refunded once a billing cycle has started
• Partial months or unused time are not refunded
• Downgrading mid-cycle does not create a refund for the difference

When you cancel, your plan stays active with all its features and credits until the end of the current billing period. You are simply not charged again.

04Credits

Credits power every action inside Build: generating websites, using templates, AI edits, AI images, and blog writing.

• Consumed credits are non-refundable, the AI work they paid for has already been performed
• Unused credits are not converted to cash and are not refunded
• Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over
• Credit add-on purchases are final once the credits are added to your account

05AI generations and templates

Website generations and template activations deliver their full value the moment they complete:

• A generated website is yours to keep, edit, and publish immediately
• A template-based website is delivered complete with design, sections, and content
• You can regenerate, customize, and edit results using your remaining credits

Dissatisfaction with an AI result is not grounds for a refund. AI outputs vary by nature, and the platform provides editing tools, regeneration, and multiple templates so you can reach the result you want.

06Domain purchases

Domains purchased through Build are registered in real time with the domain registry.

• Domain purchases are final and non-refundable in all cases
• Domain registrations cannot be canceled or reversed once completed
• Renewal fees are non-refundable once the renewal has been processed

This is an industry-wide rule: registries do not return registration fees. Please double-check the spelling of your domain before completing checkout.

07Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

• Cancellation stops the next renewal charge
• Your plan and credits remain usable until the end of the paid period
• Published websites on paid features may be affected after the plan ends

08Exceptions, reviewed case by case

We will review and may refund payments only in these situations:

• Duplicate charges for the same subscription or purchase
• Billing errors caused by our system, such as a wrong amount charged
• Confirmed technical failure where a paid action was charged but never delivered and could not be redelivered
• Situations where a refund is required by applicable law

09How to request a review

Email admin@build-sites.com with:

• The email address of your Build account
• The date and amount of the charge
• A short description of the issue
• A screenshot of the charge if available

We respond to refund review requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

10Chargebacks

If you dispute a legitimate charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may suspend the associated account while the dispute is open.

Please reach out to us before opening a chargeback. Most billing concerns are resolved faster through direct support.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
